It's the kind of venture for which RHP was recognized in 2010 by the N.C. Center for Nonprofits. Of particular note were our collaborations with other local agencies to get the best possible outcome at the best possible cost for those living in substandard housing throughout Rutherford County.

 



  A current average of 16.8% of Rutherford County residents live in poverty, more than 2 percent more than the state average. That's more than 10,000 people.

· 22% of the homes here have been identified as in badly worn or poor condition. That's 1 in 5 homes.
